Victory Lynn Riedy, Ed. M.**** - Founder / Director
Victory founded Victory Child Care, Inc. and Club Fed Child Care Center in 1989. She holds a BA in Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a Masters' of Education from Smith College. She is an American Red Cross Certified Instructor for CPR and First Aid, as well as a National Ski Patrol Outdoor Emergency Care (OEC) Instructor. She is also CPR, First Aid and OEC certified.
Sima Sheykhet**** - Chief Financial Officer
Sima has been a member of Club Fed Child Care since 1990. She holds a Masters of Physics and Electrical Engineering Degree from Gorky Teacher’s Training Institute in Kiev, Russia. She is also CPR and First Aid Certified.
Audrey Aine O’Grady, M. Ed.* - Assistant Director
Audrey has been a member of Club Fed since 2014. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Boston College and a Masters' of Education from Arizona State University. She is an American Red Cross Certified Instructor for CPR and First Aid. She is also CPR, First Aid and OEC certified.
Martha Villa Melchor - Classroom Teacher
Martha has been a member of Club Fed Child Care since 2021. She holds a Child Development Associate. She is also CPR and First Aid certified.
Kevin O’Grady - Operations Officer
Kevin has been a member of Club Fed Child Care since 2022. He holds Bachelor of Arts in Geography and History from NUI Galway in Galway, Ireland and a Masters of Education from Hibernia College in Dublin, Ireland. He is also CPR and First Aid Certified.

Anusha has been a member of Club Fed Child Care since 2006. She holds a Diploma in Montessori Method of Education and a Degree in Teaching. She also holds a Child Development Associate. She is also CPR and First Aid Certified.

Angela has been a member of Club Fed Child Care since 2022. She holds a Child Development Associate. She is also CPR and First Aid Certified.
